Our emergency appointments go very quickly. These are reserved for people with urgent problems (eg genital blisters, penile discharge or a partner has told you that they have gonorrhoea, chlamydia, syphilis or LGV). If you hope to be seen, we will be most likely to be able help you, if you arrive when the clinic first opens.
56 Dean Street is a friendly, convenient and free NHS sexual health clinic in the heart of London. The service, based in Soho also offers full outpatient HIV clinic services.
If you are at risk we recommend annual HIV testing. People who find out early that they have HIV live longer healthier lives than those who test late. That’s why we can offer you a free walk in rapid HIV test throughout our opening hours. We have tests that can provide an HIV diagnosis in less than 5 minutes. John Hunter Clinic is a friendly, confidential and free NHS sexual health clinic based on the 2nd/3rd floors of St Stephen’s Centre (opposite Tesco) next to Chelsea and Westminster Hospital.
We offer sexual health testing (chlamydia, gonorrhoea, syphilis, HIV, hepatitis, warts, herpes, LGV and trichomonas), an extensive range of contraceptives, emergency contraception, pregnancy testing, vaccinations, sexual infection treatment and advice, as well as other specialised services.
If you have never had a check-up we recommend you come along and have a sexual health screen as it is common to have a sexually transmitted infection and not be aware of it.
We are open Monday to Friday with two evening clinics on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Appointments can be booked online or over the phone. We also provide some walk-in services (Monday mornings and Tuesday evenings).
We provide a high quality, comprehensive service for people with HIV, working collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team. We provide HIV care to any NHS patients wishing to attend our service. Patients do not need a GP referral, nor do they need to live locally.

The West London Centre for Sexual Health is a friendly, discrete and free NHS sexual health clinic based at Charing Cross Hospital, West London. We offer full sexual health tests, outpatient HIV clinics, HIV treatment and more specialised sexual health services.
If you have ever had unprotected sex and never had a check-up we recommend regular sexual health screenings. We know how busy you are and have streamlined our services—we have tests that can provide an HIV diagnosis in minutes. We offer routine appointments but if you need to see us urgently—for example, PEP or other urgent problems—we have emergency walk-in appointments.
We hold clinics at Guy's and St Thomas' hospitals, Burrell Street in Blackfriars, London, and in the local community.
Most of our clinics at Burrell Street and Lloyd clinic are walk-in, so in most cases you do not need to make an appointment.
We offer screening for sexually transmitted infections (STIs), contraception (including emergency contraception), one-minute HIV testing, pregnancy testing, information, advice, counselling and psychotherapy.
